David Gatof, M.D.
Dr. Gatof is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and is on the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology faculty at the Denver Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He is a member of the American Gastroenterology Association, the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, and the American Society for the Study of Liver Disease. Dr. Gatof specializes in all aspects of gastroenterology and digestive diseases such as colon cancer screening and reflux disease. He performs a large volume of gastroenterology procedures, including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, biliary procedures and laser. He is on Medical Staff at Boulder Community’s Broadway and Foothills Hospitals, Longmont United Hospital, Exempla Good Samaritan Hospital and Avista Adventist Hospital. Dr. Gatof lives in Boulder with his wife, Dr. Jie Mao, who specializes in interventional and diagnostic radiology at Boulder Community Hospital. He plays classical guitar, and they both enjoy skiing, hiking and camping together. He sees patients at the Gastroenterology of the Rockies Lafayette, Boulder and Longmont locations. |
